5. Garment Care and Liability

Laundry Luv exercises reasonable care in handling all garments. However, by using our services, you acknowledge the following:

• Laundry Luv is not responsible for items left in pockets or bags.
• Customers should not include delicate, valuable, or specialty garments unless clearly communicated in advance.
• Items requiring special care must be labeled or communicated prior to service.

Laundry Luv's liability for damaged or lost items is limited to the lesser of:

• The replacement cost of the item, or
• Ten (10) times the cost of cleaning the item

Claims for damaged or missing items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

Laundry Luv is not responsible for damage caused by normal laundering processes, including color bleeding, fabric wear, shrinkage, or manufacturer defects.

6. Unclaimed Laundry

Laundry not picked up within 48 hours may be considered abandoned.

Laundry Luv reserves the right to donate, discard, or otherwise dispose of unclaimed items after this period.

7. Commercial Accounts

Commercial laundry services may be governed by separate service agreements.

Businesses using Laundry Luv for commercial laundry services agree to the pricing, terms, and service schedules outlined in their account agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Laundry Luv website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Laundry Luv and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from the website without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laundry Luv shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by weather, equipment failure, or unforeseen circumstances
